TERMS OF SERVICE

By using the services of The Bubble Room LLC ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Services

The Bubble Room provides laundry services including wash & fold, dry cleaning, pickup & delivery, and specialty item cleaning. Services are subject to availability and our current pricing.

2. Orders & Pricing

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice
Orders are weighed and priced at our facility; estimated weights may differ from final weights
Payment is due upon completion of service
We accept payment through the CleanCloud platform

3. Membership Plans

Membership plans are billed monthly on a recurring basis
Included pounds do not roll over to the next month
Overages are charged at $2.29/lb, applied at the next billing cycle or upon cancellation
You may cancel your membership by contacting us at Support@thebubbleroom.co

4. Pickup & Delivery

Free pickup and delivery is available within our service areas (Manhattan, Roosevelt Island, Long Island City, Queens)
A minimum order of 10 lbs applies for pickup & delivery orders
You are responsible for ensuring items are ready for pickup at the scheduled time
We are not responsible for items left unattended in common areas

5. Care & Liability

We exercise reasonable care in handling your garments and items
We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, or items not suitable for the requested service
Claims for lost or damaged items must be made within 24 hours of delivery
Liability for any lost or damaged item is limited to 10 times the cleaning charge for that item, up to a maximum of $200 per item
We are not responsible for items left in pockets, including money, jewelry, or personal items

6. AI Chat Assistant

Our AI chat assistant is provided for informational purposes only. Key terms:

The AI provides general information and may contain errors or inaccuracies
The AI cannot process payments, make bookings, or enter into contracts
Verify all information with our staff at (917) 653-3546
Do not share sensitive personal information (SSN, credit card numbers, passwords) via chat
Conversations may be recorded and analyzed to improve service quality
The AI is powered by third-party technology from Anthropic PBC

7. Promotions & Discounts

Promotional discounts (e.g., 25% off first order) are for new customers only
Discounts are applied automatically and cannot be combined with other offers
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue promotions at any time

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE BUBBLE ROOM LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Bubble Room LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New York County, NY.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
